But being sensible is harder than I think it is: Secretary Chu announced $151 million in funding for 37 breakthrough energy projects in technologies [...]. Yes, instead of acting, they've decided to support high-risk, high-reward research into innovative energy technologies.

I believe this translates to: We'll spend millions on futile projects, instead of funding an actual climate change.
